GENERAL CLINIC POLICIES

Our General Clinic Policies are outlined below:

  • Payment is required on the day of treatments.
  • Cash, cheque and credit cards are accepted with EFTPOS facilities available for you convenience.
  • We provide an automatic refund for most health fund members at time of payment.
  • All DVA, Workers Compensation, EPC and MVIT patients are welcome
  • Consultations are by appointment only. We make every effort toadhere to appointment times, however due to the nature of chiropracticcare; certain circumstances and emergencies may arise resulting indelays. Please be assured that when it is time for your appointment,you will receive all the due care your condition requires.
  • Your health is our concern, but your responsibility. Your appointment schedule is designed specifically by your chiropractor to obtain optimal results. It is therefore very important to your recovery that you keep to your schedule of care.
  • In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment then at least 24 hours notice is required.
