Losing anything, especially your health, will require an investment of your time and money to recover it. Rest assured that our fees are competitive with other offices in the Bunbury area. Once we have an opportunity to evaluate your case, we will explain what we’ve found and what we think it will take for you to get well, and just as important, to stay well.

WALKLEY CHIROPRACTIC GROUP FEES

Due to ever-increasing costs, our clinic is forced to make its first change to our fee structure in 4 years. From the 1st January 2022, our fees will be as follows:

*Patients that have not been treated at this practice for over 3 years will receive a full reassessment. Reassessment fee: $85.00 (Concession: $75.00)

Payment difficulties

We encourage our patients to discuss any financial difficulties with our friendly reception staff.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

The nature of chiropractic care is such that many patients are in acute pain and need an immediate management for their problem or injury. We always have patients on a waiting list and this is why we ask you to keep your appointments or let us know at least 12 hours prior if you need to cancel.

Please note: You may be charged for missed appointments if sufficient notice is not given.

REBATES & CLAIMS

Health Fund Rebates

Private Health funds provide rebates for chiropractic care. Please bring your private health fund card with you. Contact your health fund for more information.

Workers Compensation Claims

Patients are responsible for claiming through their insurer and must make payment for treatment to the clinic on the day of their appointment. We do NOT charge back to the insurance company, however the Chiropractor will provide reports that are required for Workers Compensation claims.

Motor Vehicle Injuries

Patients are responsible for claiming through their insurer and must make payment to the clinic on the day of their appointment. We do NOT charge back to the insurance company, however the Chiropractor will provide reports that are required for the claims.

The Insurance Commission of WA (ICWA) provides payment for chiropractic care for injuries sustained in motor vehicle collisions. You must report your collision and injuries to the ICWA (telephone 9264 3333) who will provide you with a claim number which you need to give to us.

Veteran’s Care

The Department of Veteran’s Affairs pays for chiropractic care to Veterans on medical referral. Please ask your GP for a referral.

Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Program

EPC is under the Medical Benefits Scheme, Medicare. A patient is eligible for Enhanced Primary Care if they have a chronic (or terminal) medical condition and complex care needs requiring a multidisciplinary approach as determined by a GP. Patients need to present a “Referral From for Individual Allied Health Services under Medicare for patients with a chronic medical condition and complex care needs” from their GP to the clinic along with their current Medicare card.
